換貨

如果您希望換貨而不是退貨，我們樂意協助。請遵循上述相同的流程，並在您的請求中註明您希望換貨。我們將在收到原始狀態的退回商品後，向您發送替換商品。

請注意，換貨商品的運費由顧客承擔，除非商品有缺陷或我們在履行您的訂單時出錯。

At Ring of Gems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we are always here to help. Please read our refund policy below to understand your options.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of crystals, we do not accept returns. Each crystal has its unique energy, and they choose their owner. Once you touch a crystal, an energy exchange occurs between you and the crystal, making it exclusively yours.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item rather than return it, we are happy to assist. Please follow the same return process outlined above and indicate in your request that you would like an exchange. We will send you a replacement item once we receive the returned item in its original condition.

Please note that shipping costs for exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at ringofgems@gmail.com or leave a direct message on instagram account with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A description of the issue

We will review your case and offer  a replacement item free of charge. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
